Dear SC Committee.

A special thanks to Olaf for joining the call today and for your commitment
to help with the Smart Cities Track.

I have updated the *Sessions and Exhibition* on the Agenda
<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11GaGs1LlGL07IkPOWEuWvPFjpvp7W0_1FMQa1I3zi1w/edit?usp=sharing>
adding a colour to the different tracks (not only parallel sessions but
several topics related to accelerators & entrepreneurs).

The order from A to Z applies to the Vertical/Track

There are several inputs for cities, then I'd kindly ask you to collaborate
with the other partners (I know that you Olaf are already doing it :) and
try to check the suggested Speakers to connect with the Sessions. Also the
tracks proposed to look for titles, ideas, trend topics that could be of
help.

The objective is to merge as soon as possible speakers, proposed sessions
and tracks. Keep always in mind that we are promoting the summit all the
time and we need facts, confirmations, nice titles and clear trends.

I will recommend to use this list (please Olaf, check as administrator the
people that are part of the list) but take into account that for Summit
issues, people from Porto, iHubs, Accelerators are not on the list and
maybe could be of help and also part of this list to manage smart cities
content.

I have created a doc
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1oP4WddpRSv5Y5fcbeLlBYksUG18N96Emx5hVgG3YcqQ/edit?usp=sharing>
with all the current proposals for the Summit (Smart Cities) in order to
clean a bit the content and open comments and online discussions before
updating the Agenda (we should keep the agenda as cleaner as possible). Too
many speakers (in some cases) have been proposed. I hope that in the next
to weeks we can progress and clean with concrete topics and affordable
speakers. Please let's discuss together when you need it. I'm always on
skype :)

The objective is to gather, as I said, *affordable proposals* and clean all
the speakers (most of them proposed by Openers) that are not interesting
(anyway I asked Openers to clean the list and keep only affordable people).
Note that ISDI, EDI, Margarida, myself... are all proposing speakers. The
difference between *Confirmed and Proposed* is that the last ones are just
pending confirmation. I do not want to throw ideas to the proposed speakers
list with more than 500 names, this is impossible to manage. So please
let's try to focus. The FIWARE Marketing team is at your disposal.

Best
