[Fiware-smart-cities-dtc] Organization FIWARE Summit and Domain specific Commitee

Hi,

   Could we do it after 12:00 or at 10:00?   I'm saying this because 
from 10:30 to 12:30 there is the FIWARE Technical Steering Committee.
