[Fiware-smart-energy-core-task-force] Urban Energy Lab 4.0

Hi guys,

   I want to send a message to Audrey Lee and Naveen Goswamy (NRCan) to 
resume discussions within the WG on Digital Twin and SoS (System of 
Systems) in LFE.

   I would like to make a reference to the conversations we have had in 
the last days.

   In this respect, I understood that we will rely on a campus lab for 
the development of Proof of Concepts and will take some of the systems 
already developed there as reference for the use cases in LFE.

   Was this the Urban Energy Lab 4.0 as described here 
<https://www.e3d.rwth-aachen.de/cms/E3D/Forschung/Projekte/~rcds/UEL/?lidx=1>?

   I just want to make sure I bring the right reference.
