this is an excellent proposal and a good basis to be detailed.

Ernö,

if Yasunori could take over the presentation at 11:30 and go to Smart
cities after lunch this would be perfect.
Although I would like to keep the option open to have Yasunori as a key
note speaker in the plenary session.
