This is a temporary setup, they want to switch it to a private cloud at a later stage. We have used Context Broker, CEP, CKAN, IDAS and Cygnus. When we first attempted this in Dec 2015 we took some time (2 months) but subsequently, we have reduced it to minimal time to setup and configure.
