[Fiware-smart-water-dc] Election of Chair and Co-Chair of the FIWARE Smart Water Domain Committee

Dear all,

I have finished the checking of the candidatures to the Chair and 
Co-Chair positions in the FIWARE Smart Water - Domain Committee (SW-DC). 
You can access to the following URL and provide your votes.

Let me remind the procedure to follow in this election. The poll 
presents you the three candidates nominated to fill the seats.  We will 
follow a Borda Count ranked-choice voting system, meaning you rank the 
candidates from their most preferred to their least preferred. 
Therefore, you have to order the candidates following your preferences 
from the First Choice to the Last Choice.

With Borda Count, each candidate receives a point for every candidate 
that is ranked below them. The option ranked last will receive zero 
points, the option ranked second-to-last will receive one point, the 
option ranked third to last and therefore ranked in first place will 
receive two points. The winner then is the candidate who receives the 
most points and therefore the selected Chair of the SW-DC. The second 
one in terms of these points will keep the Co-Chair position.

The poll is protected with reCAPTCHA and IP duplication checking. I hope 
that the IP duplication checking should not be a problem for you if it 
is the case let me know and I will check how to resolve the issue.

The voting period will be open until end of the week. On Monday next 
week, I will publish the result of the election.
