[Fiware-smart-water-dc] Results of election of chair/vice-chairs for the Smart Water Domain Committee

Dear Franck, Davide, and Aitor, all

I believe we have a brilliant team to achieve whatever water objectives 
that we propose.

I want to recall that we have the draft of out chapter. I have updated 
some content based on the last event and we can propose some comments on 
that to complete the document for the next meeting.
