Dear Fernando,

Thanks a lot for your kind introduction.

Esteemed members of the FIWARE Smart Water Committee, it is my great
pleasure to e-meet you all and have the exciting opportunity to collaborate
with such a distinguished group.
It's been a while since I joined FIWARE Foundation as the new CEO, and I'm
sorry for this delayed introduction.

It's always been my intention to come to each Support Committee with the
new strategy for FIWARE, and it took slightly more than expected to discuss
it with the FIWARE BoD and get it formally approved.

I'd love to call for a Town Hall with this group to expose my strategy,
share my ideas for a fruitful collaboration, and the joint approach to
empower the activities of this group and their outcome.
You'll shortly receive an invitation for a 2-hour meeting scheduled
on Thursday, May 23⋅13:00 – 15:00 CEST.
