[Fiware-soulfi-coaching] Cosmos and Cygnus

	In our company, we have realize that for storing data, we are going to need a historical system. We know that Orion, doesn’t support that. So, we are going to need Cosmos & Cygnus. When we filled Fiware Lab needs form for Accelerator program, we didn’t   fill any information about this GE. So, how can we add this component to our Lab? We know this is not a component to make an instance. Do we have to use global instance??
