Hi Nicola,

I just received the following info:

"Dear all,

The Spanish node (Spain2) follows under maintenance mode, in this time
interval there will be service outages. We are making the upgrade to the
new version of the OpenStack. We expected continuing tomorrow with this
service outages.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
         Spanish Support Team."
