Hi,

With the rollout of the COVID vaccine, it is prominent that sometime in 2021
events will be ready to go back to in-person or hybrid.

However, the uncertainty regarding “when” is causing many event organizers
stress and anxiety on planning their 2021 events. As such, many event
organizers have consulted us for some guidance, particularly on what features
are useful for different types of events. To meet the large demand, we will
run a weekly **1.5 hour Whova Showcase** to help guide our customers and
organizers.

This 1.5 hour showcase will go over:

  * A 30-min demo of Whova main features, including recently released ones such as Networking Table, Session Polls and Rehearsal, Artifact Center, to name a few, a rundown on **what Whova features are suitable for in-person, virtual or hybrid events**, and tips from some organizers on how they used these features creatively.
  * A 30-min **on-demand live demo** of features voted live by the participants (you will get a chance to vote).
  * A 30-min light networking session with other participants in small groups to **experience our brand new Networking Tables feature**.
