[Fiware-streaming] Updated Streaming GE description with generic processing functions

I have updated the last version of the Streaming GE document with suggested Generic Processing EPIC functions as discussed yesterday in our telco. I have added processing capabilities for audio and potentially some could be addede for 3D data.
