[Fiware-summit-program-committee] Agenda and summary of topics to be addressed on FIWARE Community meeting on December 13th

In the FIWARE Mundus session I would add a discussion item that is 
explicitly addressing coordination with activities planned within the 
context of the EU-MEXICO collaborations driven by SmartSDK and FIWARE 
MEXICO.
