[Fiware-summit-program-committee] Important: Coordination during the Event Panels

Dear all,

Just another important point for the Event.

It is very important that the coordinator of the Panel and the Moderator inform the participants on it and alert them to be ready a little bit earlier than the panel begins in order to put them the microphones and not lose a lot of time doing this between panels.

We have a very tight schedule so each coordinator has to be responsible of the members of his panel and make sure they are aware of the times and procedures.

  In the folder on Google Drive that Maria explained that was created to upload presentations, I have uploaded a template for presentations that you should use:

  In principle, the screens we will have in the different rooms are 4:3, therefore you should use the first template.   Nevertheless, we provide them for your convenience.

  It is important to use these templates for the presentation.  You may add the logo of your program(accelerator, mundus, iHub)/initiative within program but should be in addition to the one of FIWARE.

  Note that the templates are heavy because of the size of photos incorporated.  It is recommended that you clean up the presentation dropping those slides you are not planning to use when you create your own.
