[Fiware-summit-program-committee] Reminder: complete info in shared minutes of our last confcall

Dear all,

  Could you please review  the minutes of our confcall yesterday and
provide info that is missing regarding the brief on status for the
different panels?   Please do it by writing the necessary notes in the
google doc we shared with you:

   In particular, please detail who are the tentative speakers you are
approaching and who of them have already confirmed regarding the different
panel sessions of the Main Open Conference.   Regarding speakers that have
already confirmed their participation, please complete the contact info in
the spreadsheet that was provided by Angeles:

   As a reminder, we agreed that next Wednesday we will publish an update
of the agenda with confirmed speakers for all panels so we have to arrive
with a pretty consolidated list by then.  The deadline for sending this
first draft of speakers (again, please make it as much complete as
possible) would be Tuesday EOB.   Final list of speakers will be closed
(and an update of the agenda published) on Friday so you have get
confirmations by Thursday EOB.
