Dear all,

You are receiving this mail because the FIWARE Foundation wishes to invite
you to participate in the Program Committee of the next FIWARE Summit that
will take place on May 29-31 in Utrecht.

We are eager to work with you in designing the content of the program which
nobody will want to miss!

The event will take place in the Media Plaza of Utrecht (see

following general structure:

Day 1:

   - Developers' Primer training day.
      - Parallel meetings of different FIWARE Mission Support Committees
(Accelerator, iHubs, Mundus) and, eventually, FIWARE Domain Committees
      - Closing meeting of all Committees (in order to address topics that
      are cross-committee)
      - (some parallel meetings of the IoF2020 project will take place also
      most probably this first day)
   - Day 2:
      - Plenary session (09:00am to 11:00am) with speeches from the host,
keynote spakers, and some presentations from the FIWARE Foundation

      - SMEs/startups coaching sessions, also from 11:30 to 18:00
   - Day 3:
      - Parallel sessions of FIWARE Mission Support Committees
(Accelerator, iHubs, Mundus) as well as FIWARE Domain Committees until
      11:00am
      - SMEs/sartups coaching sessions, until 11.00 am
      - Break
      - Plenary session where FIWARE MSCs will inform the Community on
progress, the FIWARE Foundation will report on status and roadmap of
certain activities and there will be some closing speeches

Members of the recently established FIWARE Domain Committees will be
working on the agenda of the parallel tracks that will take place the
second day tackling vertical domains. Similarly, the also recently
established FIWARE Mission Support Committees are asked to work on the
agenda of the parallel meetings/sessions the first day and the beginning of
third day.

The FIWARE Technical Steering Committee will take care of organixing the
training day and technical training/coaching sessions during the several
days.

With the support of members of the FIWARE Domain Committee, FIWARE
Accelerators, iHubs and Mundus as well as the FIWARE TSC, we will be
working on the selection of Powered by FIWARE Solutions and FIWARE-ready
technologies to bring to the exhibition area.
