[Fiware-summit-program-committee] Fwd: Thank you for the Summit

Dear all please find following the message from our CEO Ulrich Ahle.

Dear members of the Organization Committee and the FIWARE Foundation,

one day after our best and biggest Summit ever I would like to thank you
all for your contribution and engagement in preparing and managing this
fabulous event. I got a very good feedback from the participants, from our
hosts in Porto and also from our Board of Directors.

A special thank you for those of you who worked during the last weeks with
an engagement and intensity that was much higher than one could normally
expect.

With this performance I'm sure that we will be able to develop the Summit
to an event with more than 1000 participants by 2020.

To further improve our preparation we send out already yesterday a call for
contribution (and received already first input). Please distribute this
call in your network and motivate people to contribute to the further
success of our event.

Yesterday we agreed with the representative of Genua to have the FIWARE
Global Summit in Spring 2019 in the beautiful city of Genua in Italy.
For November 2019 we are in negotiations with the fair in Berlin.
