Dear Angeles,
For Tuesday 27 November, we need two rooms, and for Wednesday 28 November one room.
For Tuesday 27 November, I have requested the VIP rooms as to have some privacy from the rest of the FIWARE event, given that we will need to have the Consortium meeting and on Wednesday we need to have the Grant Management Committee meeting.

I need urgently your confirmation for the project meetings... the rooms that could be used on Monday 27 and / or Thursday.

This is really urgent to book the rooms.

- Fi-next?
- BoD meeting?
- EDI?
