Hello all. This is a quick note to please ask you all to join the next conference call on Friday 5th. These are the topics and main issues to be discussed. 1.- *Update on the Agenda* we are building after the contributions. There are some topics to be discussed related to the organisation of the slots. I kindly ask all the assigned responsible from the Domain Committees and BoO to finalise the voting before Wednesday 3rd EOD (the link was shared by Charlotte - Clara, if Jorge is not available please try to vote yourself) The agenda is being updated today (ready EOD) and available in the excel and also on the web to be discussed with the committee next Friday https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1I7SIzMtbiopBYCi6xe3Vjxx5MnjVjmqmsnegWSNYMG4/edit?usp=sharing Regarding *Domain Committees*. I will ask the chairs to share with other members on the email lists for both promoting and complete. - *Smart Cities.* We need to list the possible contribution from cities to organise the smart cities track Olaf... I will provide today with my view but I need your commitment and also Lanfranco and Juanjo (aligning with CEF and Front Runner Smart Cities). I already contacted Rick Schager from Eindhoven and Ulrich was going to contact Egon Milanic from Slovenia. Would be nice to gather also Italian representatives to organise the smart cities panel (two sessions 45 minutes each), I don't think that we should organise this panel with contributions than mainly are related to SC use cases. - *Smart Agri-food*. The MSC already voted. We need to check if any project related can join (like Cattlechain, SmartAgoIhubs, IoF2020 and if we can complement the contributions (not just for the Smart Agro Session but also the technical ones on Wednesday (Cross topics like blockchain are empty). - *Smart Industry* is perfectly working. Thanks Sergio. - *Smart Energy* needs to be discussed with Ulrich. Sessions on Tuesday must be high level sharing visions, challenges and trends (inviting high level representatives and partners in the main verticals). As I said, maybe we cannot build these sessions just with technical contributions or use cases. 2.- *Summit Promotion*. We will share a milestone plan and promotional posts in social Media. We need all of you promoting in your social networks and related projects. 3.- *Community meetings and Exhibition*. We need to review the projects that may be joining the Summit (MIDIH, Synchronicity, Boost, EDI, Data Marketplace, etc...) and also follow up Exhibition call for contributions. We will try to provide with a target spreadsheet. 4.- *Next Conference call during Easter will be on Wednesday 17th April *instead of Friday 19th. These are the main points from the time being.
