[Fiware-support] FI-Ware tracker failure

Dear all,

 

I regularly have a main problem with the tracker system, using the
filter system to identify if someone has dedicated tickets. When this
error message appears, I cannot do anything when trying to come back on
"backlog manangement: browse" using a direct link for a ticket, and I
cannot come back on the home page of the dedicated tracker. I can have
the home page with all trackers but when I click on the one which fails,
I always have the same message. So I cannot distribute tasks. I just can
create new ticket using another one and the  using "Submit New" in the
menu.

 

I try to close session and close the browser (Firefox or IExplore) but I
have always the same error message.
