Hello Alex, it is not possible remove duplicates from the servers automatically. Mailing lists systems maintain isolated each mailinglist. And it is more a problem of the way we use Mailman than a problem of mailman functionalities itself. If an user need to send emails to the whole set of users frequently then what we need is another mailing list for "Common emails" like the ones created in free software communities. Sending emails to all the mailing lists is a very very bad use of the service. I propose to create something like "fiware-common" mailing list. In this list should be subscribed all the fiware people and would be used to send emails interesting for all. This list would be identically to the others so subscription can not be done automatically taking the subscribers from the other lists. User would have to register in this list by the same way they subscribed to the other lists.
