Need to assess what the possibilities are in respect with monotirizing the platform (website + foge) and if there are options to do so, the components we can/should monitorise.

ok I will prepare a solution, no problem. We usually use zabbix. Zabbix allow us to monitor from system issues to service checks (www) and send an emails.
