While trying to check out from repository using:

svn checkout --username cfuentes https://forge.fi-ware.eu/scmrepos/svn/data/trunk data-trunk

Im not able to got autenticated using my user cfuentes and my current forge password.

Changing passwords is not done immediately by the system, it takes some hours to spread the change to the whole subsystems under the forge.

I confirm that it's empty

There is no error message, the svn command asked several times for the pass until a max attemps are reached. In any case, it seems to work now, maybe it is because I changed my forge pass this morning, and take some time to update the svn... So the ticket can be closed.

Can yo confirm that the SVN is empty just right now?
