Initial Comment:
Partners from WP5 requested a Gantt diagram from the WPA/WPL to track what they have to do by when. We requested this from the project management, but they will not provide it. So WP5 WPA/WPL will provide it. This plugin could be used to create that: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:JSWikiGantt
Can you install it?

Clarification: please forget the WP5, WPA/WPL etc. We need 2 things:
1. The "Tasks" part of forge (independently which project) has the Gantt chart feature (one can access it when opening one of the tasks lists assigned to a project), we need this to display something meaningful, now it displays an icon
2. The "Tracker" part of forge has a "Monitoring" feature (one can access it through opening a tracker assigned to a project), we need this to display something meaningful, now it displays an icon

I think the installation of the php-jpgraph library would solve this globally for every project in this forge, but it might require additional settings as well.

In fact the helpful feature would be the installation of php-jpgraph because then forge tasks could be displayed directly as a Gantt, while if we have Gantt in the Media wiki, we have to explicitly bring the task list as an xml or as javascript code to the page. 
I don't think you have php-jpgraph package installed. 
So I would change the scope of this ticket to "installation of php-jpgraph to support Gantt charts in forge".
