Initial Comment:
In the project FI-WARE there are 2 trackers. In one of them (FI-WARE Theme/Epic/Feature Requests ) there are more possible users to be asigned to the ticket than in the other(FI-WARE General Support )

E.g.: e-mobility finseny

Message:
It can be configured in the roles. There you can assign read/write permission to the trackers.
