Summary: Use different background colors to ease identifying the different FI-WARE wikis
Severity: Enhancement
Workflow State: Assigned

Initial Comment:
To make it simpler recognising at a glance the wiki we are currently navigating and/or editing, it would be helpful adopting a different (light) background colour for each (or for the most important) of them.

As an example:
- the FI-WARE public wiki might remain blank,
- while the FI-WARE-Private could use light red as background,
- the FI-WARE-PPP-Restricted light-blue etc.

It would be nice to be able to set the background colour of chapter-private wikis too (maybe under control of the chapter owners).

since we run differents configurations per wiki we can set a different skin per wiki. To do this we would have to create differentes skins, one per color and choose from the each wiki configuration file the suitable skin. These skins will be visible alond the whole wiki, I mean... the whole FI-WARE-Private would use light red as background and so on. I don't think I find problems changeing the background color so I think it can be done easily.
