Status: Open
Priority: 3
Submitted By: Torsten Leidig (leidig)
Assigned to: Roberto Andradas Izquierdo (randradas)
Summary: Unable to change tickets in the Use Case backlog
Severity: Blocker
Workflow State: Open

Initial Comment:
Use Case backlog forgets modifications of the tickets (changing state and adding messages)

Maybe I'm just unable to use it appropriately. We could use a SAP connect session to demonstrate the problem.

No comments yet? Still Open?

Today, I tried it again. There seems to be some progress. I was able to add a comment. However, it was not possible to change the status to "Needs Revision by Issuer".

What's wrong here?
