  Todo parece indicar que la forja y portal de FI-WARE están caídos ...

  Roberto ... ya sé que es fuera de horario de oficina ... pero tal vez
sea una chorrada y cueste poco reiniciar el entorno ... ¿ podrías mirarlo ?
