We could share your desktop etc but it is not worth it for so little. Give me the text you want to input and I'll add it on your behalf (if I can!). It looks like the state is already changed.

The state change was from "open" to "out of scope", which is possible in the popup menu. How can this be?

f the transition is not allowed in the workflow, the change is rejected. To what state are you trying to move the ticket?
