Initial Comment:
I'm configuring the new forge project for WP13 "FI-WARE MIWI". 
I created and configured the "Backlog Management" tracker. If I want to delete the predefined trackers "Bugs","Support","Patches" and "Feature Requests" I get a "Permission denied" error message.

Yes. Can you please delete the trackers "Bugs","Support","Patches" and "Feature Requests" in FI-WARE MIWI https://forge.fi-ware.eu/tracker/admin/?group_id=36
The only tracker required is "Backlog Management".

This was disabled deliberatedly to prevent accidental deletion of trackers. But the admin of the forge can do it.
