Initial Comment:
When uploading a file to the docman tool, the timestamp is too hours slow

Doc uploaded at 15:54 shows 13:54 - is it using NTP? If so, please adjust time shift.

Pedro has checked and this functioning is acceptable. The user has a time zone among his settings. It was set to a wrong time zone. After updating this to Madrid time, a quick test reveals that the behaviour is correct.

Hi Miguel;

The date inside the VM seems to be correct:

root at futureinternet:/var/www/projects/wiki/math# date
Wed May  8 16:28:21 CEST 2013

If we take a look at http://www.timeanddate.com/library/abbreviations/timezones/eu/cest.html is correct too.

So I have to check where docman/fusionforge is getting the time and the date.

About using the NTP daemon inside a VM,at least in XEN environments is a bad idea, because it didn't work correctly is better setup the date in the pyshical machine.

I have to check if necesary if in KVM environments, happends the same.
