Initial Comment:
I work in the IoT Chapter and today, 16th May 2013, I held a webinar on the Gateway Protocol Adapter GE.
I logged to the forge with my user (I am not an administrator) and I am trying to upload the presentation, I used for this webinar, in the FI-WARE Project DocManager, under the “FI-WARE webinars” folder, but I get the message “Document submitted successfully : pending state (need validation)”.
I do not know what is wrong, can you help me?
 
The document I am trying to submit is “Webinar (2nd Release) on Gateway Protocol Adapter GE.pdf”.
By the way can you delete my first submission request? (because I tried to submit the powerpoint version of the document, my mistake)
The following 2 submissions are exactly the same document, that I tried to submit today.

Message:
1) The 1st contact point for this is the WPL befrore contacting the general support. Did you do this?
2) This happens when you do anonymous posting (when you upload a doc not being logged in)
3) The WPL is empowered to change the status of the document. Tell Thierry, go to the admin pages of the doc manager and to change the status of the doc
