If this is not the case, the complex way is working directly against the DB Server, making the necessary queries but this is a time consuming and probably a complex task. Hope this help you!! Before exporting the tracker to a .csv file, you can use the fields in the "Simple Filtering and Sorting" tab to order the data or build a more complex query in the "Advanced Query" tab. If you need, a more complex order, you can open the .csv in a spreadsheet software to view if the order that you need can be done with this software, like openOffice, Numbers or Excel.
