Initial Comment:
I've go problem accessing using FI-WARE svn.

Here is the execution trace I get:

$ svn checkout --username framparany https://forge.fi-ware.eu/scmrepos/svn/data/trunk
svn: OPTIONS de 'https://forge.fi-ware.eu/scmrepos/svn/data/trunk': Impossible de se connecter au serveur (https://forge.fi-ware.eu)
 
which basically means  that the forge.fi-ware.eu server reject my svn connection.
