Luis, nos están volviendo locos y haciéndonos perder montones de tiempo con gente que no se entera y se registra sin deber hacerlo o incorrectamente. 

Por favor, añade un cartelón bien visible arriba en https://forge.fi-ware.eu/account/register.php

Debe decir esto:
" (línea 1)Registration is restricted to PPP members. If you are not part of the PPP members you cannot apply for a forge account."  
"(línea 2) <inicio negrita>For PPP Members: when you create a new user ensure that it follows the naming convention or it will be deleted automatically.<fin negrita>"
