I kindly ask you to change the visibility of the "Backlog Management" tracker of the Tools project to publicly visible. Only members of the project should be able to create and manage tickets but those tickets should be visible without been logged in.

Luis, te está pidiendo que el tracker privado "Backlog Management" dentro del proyecto "FI-WARE Tools" pase a ser público. Sabes que en tiempo de creación se puede definir este atributo pero luego no es modificable. Lo necesitamos porque si no los link de un entregable que enviamos esta semana no funcionarán
