Initial Comment:
I am trying to upload the content based security recipe to the Testbed
SVN. I have checked out a copy of the trunk and added my recipe, but
when I try to commit I get the following error:

authorization failed: Could not authenticate to server: rejected Basic

Any ideas what the problem is? I used the same username and password
that I use to log on to the FI-WARE Forge. I am listed on the FI-WARE
Testbed Project page as a 'Developer' (username is spennington).

I've just made a test with a repo and the auth system is working.

I would need the steps followed by the user in order to reproduce the problem
