There are ticket whose close date is not updated at the time the close is done.
Found 534 ticket whith close date = 1970-01-01 00:00
Find below file attached with all items found.

You can see them both by browsing the tickets or by downloading a csv file. I mean normal operation. Nothing special's been done to get them.
