Más personas me están informando que les afecta a su operativa cotidiana, y que no pueden responder tickets en el help desk.

Pienso que es un tema importante; por favor, agradecería una reacción rápida.

Al conectarme hoy a JIRA, veo que como en alguna ocasión anterior no puedo ver algunos trackers del proyecto.
Este escenario me es familiar, me recuerda algún script que modifica los permisos de JIRA automáticamente.

Por favor, os agradecería que lo resolvieseis a la mayor brevedad posible.
