[Fiware-sust-found] D32.2.1: Confidence building framework

As you know, we had in the plan for year 1 of FICORE a deliverable related to the set-up of a confidence building framework within FIWARE.

This document is right now collecting information related to confidence programs from various sources, relevant to FIWARE, so to provide knowledge for action.

Its purpose is to serve as a basis for discussions on the months to come and hopefully launch of a confidence building program.

This document arrives at a time where interest for QA testing increase both within our FICORE project, with a next task devoted to this, but also within the overall FIWARE community, as pushed by the A16 tech working group.

You will see that an important aspect in the setup of such frameworks is the definition of roles and process. Definition of respective positioning of FIWARE foundation vs community will be a key aspect in these upcoming developments and we are convinced that it will be important to keep a lead on this from the core side.
