[Fiware-sustainability-proposal] DON'T GIVE ACCESS to anyone who has the link to the proposal

Dear all,

   I have detected that some files were given access for edition to
"anyone who has the link".

   NOBODY but those who have been given explicit access should be given
access for edition, please.

   You can give access to individuals you trust because you are editors
and have that privilege, but don't use it to give access to everyone.
