[Fiware-sustainability-proposal] Economy of data_support for the exploitation part on top of Gilles contribution

I have included some text in the table created for the topic of "materializing the economy of data". I think it fits better for the state of the art and I'd rather prefer Juanjo to add a couple of sentences regarding the ambition, since I am not so much aware of what has been proposed there.

Regarding exploitation I have seen that Gilles has included some input. I asked Federico to complete. Unfortunately I will not have much time to devote to that. Stefano, could you also give a hand here?
