[Fiware-sustainability-proposal] task numbering - 3.4 and 3.5

Hi all,

I needed to check the task numbering for WP3 (as it is mentioned
in section 1.2 which I am reviewing and I just wanted to check for
consistency) - there was some inconsistency. Specifically, in the
WP3 doc, Task 3.4 was listed as the media context processing task
and  Task 3.5 as support for economy of data (and T3.5 listed before
T3.4). This was also inconsistenct with the budget.

After discussion with Juanjo, we changed the numbering in the
WP3 doc such that tasks 3.4 and 3.5 are in order and are as follows:

- T3.4: Support to an Economy of Data (UPM-TID)
- T3.5: Integrated and enhanced data and media context processing and
analysis (Engineering-UPM)

Just letting folks know as changing task numbering can have
implications elsewhere...
