[Fiware-sustainability-proposal] RV: Partner profiles

Hi,

I have just finished the partner description on DFKI. Sorry for the delay.

!! Note that there is a typo in the template it should read "CV *of* key
personnel" !! This might need fixing in the other profiles as well.
