  I have completed a first sketch of the exercise that I committed to deliver for our confcall at 12:00.   It is available in the following shared Google doc:

  Some remarks:

  *   Funding calculations are based on an estimated funding/FTE of 80 K€.   This of course may be more or less depending on the organization (hopefully not more :-)
  *   Overall funding goes up to aprox 6,4 M€ so we may need to find where to adjust.
  *   You'll se that I have assigned some tasks to the FIWARE Foundation.   Overall, the funding assigned goes up to 1,92 M€.   I believe that if we could adjust the funding estimations to be 6 M€ total of which the Foundation gets 2 M€, it should be alright.
  *   Funding assigned to operations of the FIWARE Lab nodes has to be proportional to number of cores of the computing capacity that is managed (we may define a more complex formula that depends not only on cores but also RAM and storage but I guess using just the number of cores should be sufficient).   I have established a yearly funding of 80K€ per each 400 cores, but of course this is just a proposal.   I would need to know what are the number of cores of the FIWARE Lab nodes operated by Atos, Engineering and Orange to adjust these figures.
  *   We need to determine how to deal with evolution of CEP in the Data/Media Context Management chapter.   I believe that support of the AuthZForce PDF GE in the Security chapter might be assumed by ETSIT-UPM.   We would need to work out with Philipp whom might take care of the Web UI chapter.

  BTW, I remind you that we are going to use powwownow as usual for the confcall, but the PIN number will be 940541 instead of the regular one, since there is a FI-Core coordination call that starts at 11:00 and probably will not be finished at 12:00 (those of us who are attending that one should leave at 12:00 to join this one).
