Some hints: · For the KPIs table I have added your names to take care of the description of the situation as it is now and the situation after FI-NEXT --> please, breakdown KPIs into more concrete KPIs related to the topics of your WPs · @Juanjo: I have assigned you the section on standardization · @Stefano: please, take care of revising what I have added for training/educational activities and add content or modify as needed (based on what we will commit to in the proposal) · Sections on communications has been worked out together with the people from Ogilvy (I talked to Pablo yesterday and asked him and Nines to provide some content): Now I have to complement based on what we discuss. Maybe some of these things should be covered by other projects, but I think that what is there now belongs to us I would like to add a section on a kind-of business plan or at least something specific on the Foundation, but I need to work more on that because I have not been directly involved in the discussions about the foundation and this requires further work, since there is not much available. Bear in mind there is no format applied to the document. As agreed yesterday I have used the name FI-NEXT so that it can be easily replaced when we decide the name of the project. I don't understand why the Atos attorney had inferred that main incomes for the FIWARE Foundation were going to be private funding. This was never stated. Indeed, I recall that we explained to them that we were foreseeing that the Foundation may easily get around 1M€-2M€ in the coming two years as funding from the EC. Besides this, one requirement that we established is that the FIWARE Foundation should be able to "invoice" for services. I won't follow the recommendation of incorporating the FIWARE Foundation just for the coordination of the project. That would go against the vision that the EC and some of the top executives of the FIWARE Core Industry Group have.
