I confirm that the trust label deliverable update has disappeared in the latest amendment, which I think has been approved by the EC. So I do not intend to push anything there anymore.

Our corresponding resources have been shifted to QA testing activities where is now the continuation of the activity (functional testing and label development).

D3.2.1 Governance models and governances structures definition


-          The next meeting is cancelled awaiting to the BoD to take a direction.

-          Nominated Platinium  Members are : For Orange Patrice and François,  Engineering: Horacio and Stefano, Telefonica: Rosalia Simon Navarro and Juanjo,  ATOS: Hubert Tardieu and Alicia Gracia

-          The Bylaws team has finished the work and the BoD is expected to take the decision to the location of the headquarter. This is important to completely finish the work concerning the Bylaws and officially launch the Foundation.

-          The content of the Bylaws document is not public yet

-          Stefano to send the link of the Bylaws document to Joel

D3.2.3 Academia relationships report (Pierre Yves)

-          Pierre Yves got the list of participants. UNIVERSIDAD DE LAS PALMAS DE GRAN CANARIA is still missing.  PY will send an invitation for a meeting to build an action plan ASAP.

D3.2.4 Training courses report (Laura)
We talked essentially about backlog management. The tickets that are blocked could not be updated unti GE owners do their part of the ticket management.

3.2.5 Technical coaching report (Stefano)
Stefano: Last lines of the deliverable are being written. This document is only concerning Y1.
Manuel : The content of Y1 is expected to be released for September. On the delivery dashboard COAC 25 in Jira is to be updated

Joel decided to expect a written update (by email) from each task leader so that he could ensure some visibility on ongoing work and milestones. Then the meetings will essentially (not exclusively) concern Task leaders. It is up to task leaders to invite contributors.
