[Fiware-sustainability] Coordination meeting

mmhh.. unless there are changes done at the very last minute to the DoW, the Academia Relationship is a deliverable (and also with few PM) within T3.2.2  :)
The only task added to WP3.2 was Task 3.2.4 Engagement of third developers as FIWARE contributors, but this was done a "couple" of amendments ago, If I'm not wrong already started in October 2015.

As for the version of the DoW, it'd be worth to wait for Miguel to circulate the last amended one, though for WP3.2 don't think there will be many changes, you can refer to the one of March 2016 (downloaded from the NEF)

  Of course it is a coordination meeting among task leaders. Academia relationship is a task among others and it is just starting, so it is convenient to launch it now and identify collaboration for it. For this call, we will need to formally identify tasks as some of them changed in the latest version of the Dow. By the way, what version of it are you using ?

  from what you wrote I'm not sure I understood: is this a coordination meeting among Task leaders of WP3.2 for checking the actions&progresses of the WP or is it a call for starting activities on the Academia relationship Report?

    It seems like we are going to have our meeting on Friday 10:00am. I still wait for more people to answer on doodle. It is important that Pierre Yves could attend because he is leading the Academia course documents task and deliverable. As well, contributors to academia tasks are welcome, I am not sure that they are all in the list. Thank you Stefano for your free time slots to attend the meeting. It is also important that you provide the emails of each coach and mentor to add in the list. I hope that we could find a way to provide all the missing deliverables. Please Manuel could you attend ? we would need you to show us all the urgent actions to do on Jira.
