Quick summary of my view.
D3.2.1 Governance models - moving it to July, let's see if the EC takes it
D3.2.2 Confidence-building framework - This one falls in the amendment!!! Franck is no longer in this activity
D3.2.3 Academia relationships report - I'll try with the amendment. I'd appreciate actual signs of activity. We welcome Pierre Yves.
D3.2.4 Training courses report- this one goes to M24 in the amendment
3.2.5 Technical coaching report: I have been "chasing up" Stefano all this time. Given the complete lack of commitment of Orange in the coordination of WP32 until now, I did this myself. Thankfully this does not happen in other WPs

Juanjo : we have to be pragmatic. We produced a 1st doc model and the 2nd revision is going to be the one that will be aligned with the bylaws. Some details regarding TSC will update the previous proposition
Milestone 1 : end of May to have a well acceptable content
Milestone 2 : end of June to have an update of the previous Fiware Governance Model
Milestone 3 : end of July to have an official Fiware Foundation ready to go ?
Miguel to propose a new delay for the D3.2.1 deliverable (I would suggest July to ensure that all the latest modifications could be taken into account)
D3.2.2 Confidence-building framework (Franck)

D3.2.3 Academia relationships report (Pierre Yves)
Gather all contributions : Miguel sent contacts. Pierre Yves to coordinate activity and provide the version (b) of the academia relationship report. Laura will be invited to the first meetings of academia to provide information concerning courses content of the Fiware Academy. Laura recommend that Pierre Yves pay attention on the low budget affected to academia contributors, so optimizing time in meeting is a necessity. Miguel to propose a new delay for the deliverable.

Laura needs that contributors of the task could attend so that she could catch contributions and coordinate
