Is it possible for FIWARE to accept to its GEs Catalog a platform that works on a non-opensource platform, for example, if we create a Generic Enabler (GE) using ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>  that is compliant with FIWARE standards and is capable of interacting with other FIWARE GEs (depending from the situation), is it possible for this platform to be published on FIWARE Catalog.
